The answer has changed over time.
I am a lawyer, entrepreneur, real estate broker, business strategist, speaker, and now the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a company acquiring and building businesses across the commercial mechanical services industry.
But those titles are only part of my story.
At my core, I am a builder.
I believe we are all building something.
A business. A career. A family. A reputation.
A future we hope is better than our past.
The question is never whether we’re building. The question is whether we’re building something that lasts.
My work is a reflection of that journey.
It is where business meets purpose.
Where leadership meets family.

And where success is measured not only by what we accomplish, but by the lives we impact along the way.

Meet Latrice
I believe the most meaningful work we do isn’t found on a résumé. It’s found in the lives we influence. I am blessed to share this journey with my husband, Emmett, and our three incredible daughters, who remind me every day why the work matters.
Professionally, I have spent nearly two decades helping entrepreneurs grow businesses, navigate complex transactions, and think strategically about ownership.
Today, my work has expanded beyond advising founders to becoming one myself.
As Co-Founder and CEO of National Mechanical Services, I am helping build a regional acquisition platform focused on preserving great companies, investing in people, and creating lasting enterprise value.
Whether I am negotiating an acquisition, mentoring an entrepreneur, speaking on stage, or cheering from the sidelines at one of my daughters’ events, I am reminded that success means very little if it cannot be shared with the people you love.
I do not believe women have to choose between ambition and presence.
Between leadership and kindness.
Between building wealth and building a meaningful life.
I believe we were created to build all of it—with intention.

Together with my husband, I am building National Mechanical Services, a company focused on acquiring exceptional commercial mechanical service businesses and providing them with the operational infrastructure, leadership, and strategic resources needed to grow for generations.
We are not simply acquiring companies.
We are preserving legacies.
Creating opportunities.
Developing leaders.
And investing in an industry that quite literally keeps our communities running.

As legal counsel, I represent sellers and I advise owners on valuation readiness, exit planning, transaction strategy, negotiations, and navigating one of the most important decisions of their entrepreneurial journey.
These engagements are intentionally limited to ensure every client receives thoughtful, strategic guidance throughout the process.
